About Us
Founded in Seattle, Washington, by local computer science graduate Margot Enright-Down, Pacific Tech Tutors has been helping seniors navigate technology with confidence since July 2024. Our mission is to combine personalized instruction with patient, compassionate support, making everyday tech more approachable and less intimidating for every client.
This company was created with the belief that technology should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or background. As our world grows more digital, staying connected and informed should not come with frustration or fear from lack of support or access to knowledge. Pacific Tech Tutors is founded on connection, education, and safety, offering personalized, human-centered support.
“I started Pacific Tech Tutors with the purpose of building connection…”
My first job was in a retirement home where I witnessed seniors struggling with their phones and lamenting how out-of-touch they felt. As someone who grew up with cell phones and laptops, using them felt like second nature but I saw this was not the case for many people around me. So I created a business that could help anyone feel connected and cared for by teaching them skills to keep up with the fast-paced world of modern tech.

Keeping up with tech is something we could all use help with. As a tech nerd myself, I am always ready to jump in and bridge the gaps in knowledge that stop us from using our gadgets the way we want to. Whether it’s just hooking the printer up to the wi-fi or teaching kids how to make computer games after school, I love seeing a satisfied face when things finally work right.

Our Approach: Kind and Patient
Comfort, safety, and mutual understanding is always the top priority.
For many of us, learning a new skill takes some practice. Maybe a lot of practice. Our tutors are personally trained to provide assistance that is truly helpful to you.
Repeating steps and practicing a skill many times is our specialty. Many people feel anxious when they need a little more time. Our tutors recognize this and are happy to slow down or repeat a step at any point.
