A tutor will meet you at your door and get right to work.
The first session starts with a consultation and contract to protect any sensitive information, passwords, etc. that you share.
If you need a quick issue solved like printer connection or cloud storage organization, we’ll get right to it.
Written instructions and step-by-step notes provided for any complex processes or solutions.
For tech coaching, each session will build on previous knowledge to help develop long term skills and confidence.
